What to Look for When Recruiting New Talent?

Resumes will become extinct in the near future, prompting employers to adopt new evaluation and screening tools and a BIG shift in thinking about sourcing, assessing, and defining talent.

A candidate's potential is far more relevant than any degree/certificate they may show up with.

Resumes often screen out exceptional people!

They lack any information about creative thinking, willingness to work hard, and love of learning.

That's what is most important when you're trying to evaluate the potential in people.

We can do much better than those pieces of resume papers and instead focus on understanding people's TRUE POTENTIAL.
