Every moment of crisis is too a moment of opportunity, and this moment is no different. Great struggle can produce great clarity. The pandemic, with its immense struggle and pain, also raised our consciousness and awakened us to our humanity.

We now know that belonging – matters! That working for a company that has your back – matters! That working for a company that you feel proud of the way  they showed up during the crisis – matters! We’re also seeing a big shift from focus on profit, to focus on purpose. More and more legacy leaders are saying that the company’s purpose needs to go far beyond the pursuit of profit. Massive shifts are happening! We have a much stronger sense and need for community and connection and deeper respect for the human experience of stress, anxiety and well-being - at home and at work.

I feel that we are in a turning point that provides us an opportunity to reflect and reassess where we’ve been and where we’re headed. To make the transition from fear to the passion of the explorer, and most importantly, to act in new ways that will help all of us achieve more of our potential.
