Opening Keynote at the HRPA 2020 Conference

Last week I had the absolute honor to deliver the opening keynote at the largest HR conference in North America HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association

It’s been an incredible experience to share my ideas and learning from running my innovation firm UNFOLD (focusing on unlocking ORGANIZATION’s potential through technology and digital transformation) and The Academy of Tomorrow (unlocking HUMAN potential).

When you work for so many years running two separate companies but then one day, you get to CONNECT them, and show how it’s always been connected all along - then you feel whole. I always dreamt of the day when I could combine the two and make this point.

When we look at the future and ask ourselves - what can I do to future proof my trajectory?...the answer has always been two fold. A business strategy is worthless without a people strategy and vise versa. There are so many opportunities for each and every one of us. However, you will only manage to tap into these opportunities if you will actively approach your future and not passively wait for it to happen to you. Invest in your business AND in the people that help you build it and run it.
