Reinvent Yourself in order to Grow

How do you reinvent yourself in the New Economy? How do you keep up with an accelerating changing world? In my keynote “Winning in the New Economy” I talk about new ways to successfully navigate the shifting economy of today and tomorrow. Actively approaching your future, architecting your future and not passively waiting for it to just happen to you.

Every successful person, in every industry, have one thing in common - they all became experts at reinventing themselves over and over again. Nobody said: "I have this goal" and went on a straight line to it. The ability to shift and learn in many different areas of life is a skill by itself and it's this skill that everyone needs in order to remain relevant and thrive.

Why is this more important now than ever? In addition to the frequent feelings of "being stuck" that we often experience when in the same job or career for too long, there is also an increasingly changing landscape that is occurring now in the economy that nobody can avoid.

Every industry is changing or turning upside down. 94% of all jobs (according to the White House) created over the past 8 years have been part-time or freelance jobs.

Entrepreneurship is really about taking control of your life, and you don’t need a big start-up to be an entrepreneur – you need personal responsibility and intellectual exploration.

The most important enterprise of all is: your own life.

Great people, like great companies, are always evolving. They’re never finished and never fully developed. Each day presents an opportunity to learn more, do more, grow more.
