Architect Your Future Of Work - Don't Passively Wait For It

While the coronavirus forces us to become more innovative - LEARNING - will no longer be a means but will become its own end.

1. Learning is a process, not an end goal.

Instead of focusing on the end goal (which often changes) focus on the process.

2. Learning by doing.

Apply, experiment and share your learning with your fellow Zoom-bies 🙂 often teaching your co-workers something new can make you reach a deeper level of understanding and lead to new insight.

3. Embrace failure as part of the learning process.

What processes can you put in place to encourage experimentation and failure, so that you will get closer to success?

We need ideas that will fail in order to discover ideas that will succeed!

4. Make space to reflect.

Reflect individually and then together with your team. Reflect on what went well and what didn’t. Reflect on experiments and failures.

My best learning happens when I reflect with others. I am constantly in awe when I hear so many different interpretations and reflections of different minds. THIS is where learning emerges and thrives.
