What will (human) work look like in the future?

The past few weeks’ stock market and concern over the coronavirus have made it clear: nothing lasts forever and the only thing that’s constant is change and disruption. As technology continues to grow exponentially we want to use it to augment our capabilities, so that we could REIMAGINE work and not just automate it. Only once we understand the nature of the NEW value that we need in the workplace, can we create new jobs to support it.

Some things to consider:

1. Diversify revenue:

what other revenue streams can you deploy to serve your customers? To expand beyond your current offerings?

2. Repurpose services:

how can you repurpose what you already have to reach new clients/ revenue streams? Maybe there are new channels you haven’t explored yet, partnerships, etc.

3. Leverage Technology tools:

How could you leverage technology tools to reimagine your offering? There are so many tools out there that can help anyone to scale and reimagine NEW value. You just need to spend the time educating yourself to grow.
